Forty (40) trees to be planted in the parkway in front of the subject property conforming to Florida No. 1 grade or better, and 8' to 10' overall height. 2. New sod, approximately 1.4,700 square feet to be planted in the parkway. Estimated total cost of landscaping - $1.3,3.50. Final recommendations will be made upon the required detailed landscape plans being approved by the Urban Development.
