Landscape Requirements -
Venetian Harbor, Tentative
Plat 1083-A
The preliminary recommendation of the Planning Department
for landscape treatment for the subject tentative plat is
as follows:
1. Forty (40) trees to be planted in the parkway in
front of the subject property conforming to Florida
No. 1 grade or better, and 8' to 10' overall height.
2. New sod, approximately 1.4,700 square feet to be
planted in the parkway.
Estimated total cost of landscaping - $1.3,3.50.
Final recommendations will be made upon the required detailed
landscape plans being approved by the Urban Development. Review
Board as required in the projects approval. by the City Commission
including the additional landscaping required westerly of the
subject plat.

PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF
CIL,\PTER 54, SECTIO�d 54-20
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIX -II, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, Southern Contractors, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as the "Principal" and/or "Owner"), concurrently with
the delivery of this Agreement, has applied to TIME CITY OF MIXMI,
FLORIDA (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), for the acceptance
and confirmation by the CouLmission of said City, of a certain pro-
posed plat of a subdivision to be known as VEENETIAIN HAF.EOR SUBDIVISION
a copy of which proposed plat is attached hereto and made a part

hereof as Exhibit "A"; and
Vi",REAS, Chapter 54, Section 54-20, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
MIX-ii, FLORID.', requires that any proposed plat sub:-nitted to said
Cc-nission for acceptance and confirmation, shall be accompanied by
a; '---eement entered into by the O,;ner of land being platted, with
the Dire. +:or of the Department of Public Works on be:lalf of said
City, for th.. cen�truction of certain improvements therein enuz crated,
the perfor:::ance cf vhich Agreement shall be secured by a good and
sufficient Performance Bond or Cashier's Check;
N0:1, THEREFORE, the Principal hereby covenants and agrees with
said City as follows:
1. 1•7it-hin one (1) year from the effective date of the acceptance
and confirmation of said plat by the Co:nission of said City, or prior
to the issuance by the City of Miami of a Certificate of Occupancy for
the premises, the Principal will construct, or cause to have construct(
at his own expense and in accordance with standard specifications of
said City, all improvements as are listed and described upon the
estimate of cost of said improvements, a copy whereof is attached here-
to as E::hibit "B" and made a part hereof. Although one year is allo%sec

for the cc:-lpletien of the afore:r,entioned improvements, it is not in
the public interest that such construction �•;ork should be prolon-ed
to the extent that it would have a disorganizing effect upon the It
neighborhood. After the work is started, the Principal hereby agrees
to prosecute said work pro-gressively so as to coiitplete it in a reason-
able length of time as deterrmined by the Department of Public [•forks.
The Principal hereby agrees to abide by all of the provisions of the
"Guide for Work in the Public-Ri-ht-of-Way", a copy of which is at-
tacked hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
