WHEREAS, the City Zoning Board and the Department of L Public Works have recommended the acceptance of the plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Plat entitled "EDWELIN SUBDIVISION", being a resubdivision of portions of Lots 12, 13, 14, 24 and 25, Block 1, PHOENIX PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 80, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida all lying in Section 12, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, City of Miami, Dade County, Florida, which by reference is made a part hereof as if fully incorporat- ed herein and the dedications as shown thereon together with all existing and future planting, tress and shrubbery on said property, to the perpetual use of the public, are hereby accepted and confirmed by the City of Miami, Florida.
