Pursuant to public notice, sealed bids were received December 30, 1980 for furnishing demolition of a 2-story building at 417 N. W. 7th Street, for the Department of Building and Zoning Inspections. Inspections were conducted from December 14, 1979 and the case presented before the Unsafe Structures Board on July 15, 1980 (see attached ruling). Since the owner of record has failed to comply with said ruling we are authorized, pursuant to Section 202.11(c) to demolish the unsafe structure and place a lien against the property for all costs incurred.
