AND DISCONTINUING THE PUBLIC USE OF THE

CONDITION FOR APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE PLAT
#1073-B "EAST BRICKELL TOWER SUB".
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of Janu-
ary 19, 1931, Item #4, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 11-81 by a 5 to 0 vote (2 members absent)
RECOMMENDING vacation and close of allevs as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the
best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and
its inhabitants to ,rant the vacation and closure of said allevs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That- the alley running North -South between the
South r-o-w line of S.E. 14th Lane and the North r-o-w line of
S.E. 15th Road for a distance of -198'; also, the alley running
East-West between The Costa Bella Development Sub (107-14) and
the previously mentioned North -South alley, for a distance of
+202', as a condition for approval of Tentative Plat #1073-B
"EAST BRICKELL TOWER SUB", be and the sane are hereby closed,
vacated, abandoned and discontinued for public use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26 day of FEBRUARY 1981.

e east -west alley terminates at each side of
the subject property and the north -south alley is
not necessary to service the abutting properties
except as an utility easement.
