TION, INC. FOR THE CO�iPLETTON
OF MTAMI -
BUENA VISTA PARK, SAID AMOUNT
TO BE PROVIDED
BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
FUNDS.
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated March 19, 1980
between the City of Miami and Miri Construction, Inc. in
the amount of $277,747.48 for the construction of MIAMI
BUENA VISTA PARK; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has completed all of the work
shown on the plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks has requested addi-
tional- work; and
WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Public forks
recommends an increase in contract amount necessary to cover
the additional work; and
WHEREAS, funds to pay for the additional work are avail-
able from Community Development funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. An increase in the work under the contract
between the City of Miami and Miri Construction, Inc. for the
construction of MIAMI - BUENA VISTA PARK is hereby authorized
in an amount not to exceed $4,000, with funds for this in-
creased work to be provided entirely by Community Development
funds.

an increase in the contract amount not to
