A copy of the Resolution and letter of transmittal to the former owners is attached. Plans and specifications for the addition to the existing building at 550 LeJeune Road have been completed. Bidding of the job is in progress. However, there is insufficient time to properly evaluate bids and award a contract by the March 8, 1981 expiration date of the Variance. We respectively request approval of this request for extension of the Variance to March 8, 1982. Very truly. yours , r l For the Executive Director: WHK/sy Encl. cc: G. W.
