RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. DENIAL. There is no hardship which justifies granting
the requested variances. The parcel of land which is
proposed to be replatted (the N40' of lot 2) was originally
connected under one ownership with lots 1 and 3, and the
S10' of lot 2. If these parcels are to be developed with
3 structures, each lot should be kept with its original
dimensions. This r.ould mean removing that portion of the
residence to the south, which encroaches onto lot 2.
PUBLIC WORK No dedication requested.
D.O.T.T. D.O.T.T. has no objection to this proposal.
ZONING BOARD DENIED on November 3, 1980 by a 7 - 0 vote.
COMMISSION DEFERRED on December 17, 1980.
DEFERRED on February 26, 1981.

following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution 'lo. ZB 210-80 by a
7 to 0 vote DENYING Variance from Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE VI, Section
20)(a), to permit replatting of Tentative Plat r109-^. - "DIAZ S!I9DIVISIOil",
being approximately 322 N.W. 32nd Court, with an average width of 40'
(60' required) and 5,220 sq.ft. of area (6,000 sq.ft. required); as one
of the conditions for approval of the Tentative Plat; zoned R-2 (Two
Family Dwelling).
Four objections received in the mail. Four replies in favor received
in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Variance has been prepared by the City
P,ttorney s office and submitted for consideration by the City Commission.
