RECOMMENDATIONS PLANNING DEPT. DENIAL. There is no hardship which justifies granting the requested variances. The parcel of land which is proposed to be replatted (the N40' of lot 2) was originally connected under one ownership with lots 1 and 3, and the S10' of lot 2. If these parcels are to be developed with 3 structures, each lot should be kept with its original dimensions. This r.ould mean removing that portion of the residence to the south, which encroaches onto lot 2. PUBLIC WORK No dedication requested. D.O.T.T. D.O.T.T. has no objection to this proposal.
