of RIANIZA SUB. The closure will unify the
development of this project and the right-of-
way has no value for public use.
ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL on February 23, 1981
ZB 33-81 by a 5 to 1 vote.

The Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of February 23, 1981, Item "8,
following an advertised Hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 33-81 by a
5 to 1 vote (one member absent) RECOMMENDING the Official Vacation and
Closure of N.W. 30th Avenue between the north r-o-w line of N.W. 11th
Terrace and the south margin of Comfort Canal, for a distance of + 96'
as a condition for approval of Tentative Plat "1111 "RIANIZA SUB".
One objection received in the mail. Four returns in favor received
in the mail.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this Street Closure has been prepared by the
City )lttorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City
Commission.
