I- Z --- ---- �---1� UWHEREAS, ---- - --- pursuant to public notice, sealed bids were received QJanuary 26, 1981 for the furnishint, of 33 Police Car Partitions for the Department of Building and Vehicle Maintenance; and WHEREAS, invitations were mailed to 11 potential suppliers and 5 bids were received; and WHEREAS, funds for this purchase are available in the 1980-81 Operating Budget; and WHEREAS. this equipment will be used by the Department of Building and Vehicle Maintenance for installation in now police vehicles; and WHEREAS, the City Manager :and the Department of Building and Vehicle Maintenance recommend that the hid received form Public Safety Devices, Inc. he acvppted as the most advantageous hid to the City. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0 MISSTnN OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The January 26, 19hl hid of Public Safety Devices, Inc. for furnishint. 33 Police Car Partitions for the Department of Building and Vehicle Maintenance at a total cost of $6,105.00 is hereby accepted with funds hereby allocated from the 1980 81 Operating, Budget of that department.
