Sale of Delinquent Special

It is recommended that the local newspapers
be selected to publish advertisements for the
sale of delinquent special improvement assess-
ment liens per attached resolution.
Enclosed is a resolution for the selection of a newspaper to publish the
advertisement for the sale of delinquent special improvement assessment
liens. The Law Department provides that the City Commission select the
newspaper at a regular meeting in February of each year.
Newspapers selected last year were as follows:
The Miami Times, Miami Review, Diario las Americas, El Espreso,
and Patric -
Other daily newspapers that may be considered due to their large circulation
are the Miami Herald and the Miami News.
