Pursuant to Resolution No. 80-347, adopted May 8, 1980, the Department of Trade & Commerce Development provided Miami Capital Development Inc. with $38,770.00 for start-up costs with the purpose of institutionalizing a Financial Assistance Program on behalf of the City of Miami. At the time it was agreed that the Department of Trade & Commerce would recuperate that amount whenever 6th year Community Development Funds became available, however, due to further complications allocation of that amount had been delayed. The Department of Community Development, through its Director, Ms. Spillman, has at this time authorized this allocation which is to take effect upon adoption of the attached Resolution. JAC/sl
