Ordinance Amending Ordi-
nance #9243 Due To
Scrivener's Error
Attached hereto is a proposed ordinance amending a numbered
reference to a Section of the City Code which was being
amended by Ordinance No. 9243, adopted February 26, 1981.
The original Ordinance (No. 9243) in describing the Code
Section incorrectly listed the same as Code Section "2-333"
inEtead of Code Section "2-233".
The subject matter of the original ordinance dealt with
the transfer of the management, supervision and control of
the City's internal audit functions to a separate Office
of Internal Audits. The original Ordinance (No. 9243)
remains the same except for the herein proposed change in
the Code Section designation which is necessary to correct
the "scrivener's" error.
