THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the notice of FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY to intervene, and the Court having considered the record in this cause, and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said motion be and the same is hereby denied. The Court will per-mit FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY to participate as amicus curiae in the proceedings in the above -captioned cause. It is FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as certain issues relating to this case are presently pending bef'ore the Fifth Circuit, the parties to this cause shall be prohibited `rcm tarring any further action wit:: respect to the property at issue prior to the next hearing on this :natter before this Court.
