A RESOLUTION GRANTING A 6 14ONTH EXTENSION _ OE A CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO, 68711 ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 1 (11)(e), TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A.BUILDING WITH MEDICAL/DENTAL OPPICE USES ON LOT 5; BLOCK 27t NEW BISCAYNE AMENDED (B-16) BEING 3111 8.W, 27TH AVENUE AS PER PLANS ON PILE SUE- .TECT'TO THE VOLUNTARY DEDICATION OF THE WESTERLY 15 FEET OE LOT 5; ZONED R4 (MI)IUM DEN81TY MULTIPLE) AND 5PD,-2 (COCONUT GROVE OVERLAY DISTRICT), WHEREAS, Article XXXII of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance' No. 6871 permits an extension of a Conditional Use by the City Manager with approval of the City Commission, for a one year ` period; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the extension of the Conditional Use granted by Zoning Board Resolution No. ZB 216-80; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA Section 1. The request for a 6 month extension of the Conditional Use granted from Ordinance No. 6871, Article VIII, Section 1(11)(c),to permit construction of a building with Medical/Dental office uses on Lot 5; Block 27; New Biscayne amended (B-16) being 3111 S.W. 27th'Avenue as per plans on file subject to the voluntary dedication of the westerly 15 feet of Lot 5; zoned R-4 (Medium Density Multiple) and`SPD-2 (Coconut Grove Overlay District), be and the same is hereby granted.
