HomeMy WebLinkAboutO-09277AMENDMENT NO- 'LO ORDINANCE NO, 9199 ORDINANCE NO, 9277 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO, 9199,_ THE CITY18 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL,YEAR 1980-81 AS AMENbEn; BY TRANSFERRING $246,900 FROM THE NEW CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING EMPLOYEE PARKING (ITEM IX.C.ii2) TO SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS FACILITY EMPLOYEE PARKING (ITEM IX.C.ii3); AND DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING SAME ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS BY A MOTE OF NOT MESS THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION, WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted ordinance No. 9199 on November 6, 1980, establishing resources and appropriations for the implementation of capital improvements in the City of Miami, Florida, for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1981; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that there are surplus funds in the appropriation for the new City Administration Building Employee Parking; and WHEREAS, bids have been received on the Solid Waste Operations Facility Employee Parking, and it has been determined that the additional amount of $246,900 is required to award the contract; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9199, adopted November 6, 1980, the City's Capital Improvement Appropriations Ordinance for Fiscal Year 1980-81, as amended, is further amended l/ in the following particulars: "Section 1. The following appropriation hereby made by fund and project title include previously authorized projects and fund appropriations for implementation of all municipal capital improvements to the City of Miami, Florida. The sources of revenue to support the herein appropriations are hereby identified by fund and project: 1/ Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted, Underscored words and/or figures constitute the amendment proposed. The remaining provisions are now in effect and remain unchanged. Asterisks indicate omitted and unchanged' material. All figures are rounded to the next hundred dollars. r 1� i' Ix. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. If any section, part of section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid, the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be affected. Section 4. The requirement of reading this ordinance on two separate days is hereby dispensed with by a vote of not less than four -fifths of the members of the Commission.
