AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. G871, AS
AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI , BY A. CHANGING THE
TITLE OF ARTICLE IV, SECTION 11 PROM "RE -
PLATTED LOTS" TO "REPLATTED OR DIVIDED LOTS''
AND BY DELETING SUBSECTION (1) THEREIN IN
ITS ENTIRETY AND SUBSTITUTING A NEW SUB-
SECTION (1) ; B . BY CHANGING THE 'TITLE OF
ARTICLE IV, SECTION 7 PROM "EXISTING
PLATTEO LOTS" TO "EXISTING PLATTED OR
DIVIDED LOTS", AND BY ADDING THE WORDS
"OR DIVIDED" TO SUBSECTION (1) THEREIN;
AND C. BY ADDING THE WORDS "DIVIDED
OR" TO: ARTICLE V, SECTION 2, SUBSEC-
TION (3); ARTICLE VI, SECTION 2, SUB-
SECTION (3) ; ARTICLE VII, SECTION 2,
SUBSECTION (3); ARTICLE V_LII, SECTION 2,
SUBSECTION (1); PARAGRAPH (b); ARTICLE
X, SEC'TION 2, SUBSEC'TION (2); ARTICLE
X-1, SECTION 2, SUBSECTION (2); ARTICLE
XI, SECTION 2, SUBSECTION (3); AND BY
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CON-
TAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
MIEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its
meeting of May 6, 1981, Item #4, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Rosolution No. PAB 24-81 by a 6 to 0 vote
(2 members absent) RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of amending Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance 6871, as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration
of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabi-
tants to grant this change of zoning classification, as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows;1/

`-` constitute the amendment proposed. Remaining provisions are
now in effect and remain unchanged. Asterisks indicate
omitted and unchanged material.

The following regulations shall govern the
replatting or dividing of platto(i lots or.

( 1) In all ~districts of the City,

Section 2. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"ARTICLE IV, SECTION 7 - EXISTING PLATTED OR DIVIDED LOTS

Section 4. That all laws or parts of laws in conflict
herewith, insofar as they are in conflict, are 'hereby repealed.
Section 5. Should any part or provision of this Ordinance
zm he declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
the same shall not affect ttze validity of the Ordinance as a
