PLECOMMENDATION RATIONALE
Meeting News, Meetings and Conventions, and Successful Meet-
ings are recommended as the primary media vehicles to carry
the Convention Center's message. The utilization of all
three of the publications will assure the Center of virtu-
ally 100% reach of important decision makers at the working
level of meeting and convention planning. In addition, the
insertion in Official Meeting and Facilities Guide and
Association and Society Manager will provide long-term ex-
posure in the two "reference" guides in the field. The ad
will appear in seven publications with a combined circula-
tion of 258,177. A discussion of each of the publications
and the recommended flow chart is attached.

given tips, ideas and techniques on how to make their
meeting and exhibits more productive. Articles are pre-
pared by staff specialists in group -dynamics and exhibit
