We understand the hotel will be built in two phases
and thus recommend the use only be granted until
such time as the second phase is completed. At
that time an evaluation of actual use can be made
to determine if the Conditional Use should be
continued.
PLANNING DEPT.
APPROVAL PER PLANS ON FILE: The use of rental car
storage is consis an withe overall planned development
and will serve the needs of the surrounding area such as
the Port of Miami. As the storage is within the parking
garage there will be no adverse impact on the surrounding
area.
