RESOLUTION NO, 81 0 6 9 2
' A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
PERFORMED BY D . M. P . CORPORATION AT A TOTAI
- COST OF $79,555.08 FOR DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT
CENTER .. STORM SEWER MODIFICATIONS; AND
AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT OF $1,754.87
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated May 18,
1981 bdtWeen the City of Miami and D.M.P. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily com-
pleted, and D.M.P. Corporation has furnished th3 required
doci3TMc,`;s cert:.'zying that all bills for labor and material
have been paid in full in connection the aforesaid
contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The completed work performed by D.M.P.
Corporation for DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT CENTER - STORM SEWER
MODIFICATIONS at a total cost of $79,555.08 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to pay $1,754.87 to D.M.P. Corporation
as full and final payment for all work performed and all
materials furnished in connection with DOWNTOWN GOVERNMENT
CENTER - STORM SEWER MODIFICATIONS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July , 1981.
