A RESOLUTION ORDERING KIRKLAND SANITARY MER IMPROVEMENT AND DESIGNATING THE PROPERTY AGAINST WHICH SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR A PORTION OF THE COST THEREOF AS KIRKLAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE- MENT DISTRICT SR-5478-C (CENTERLINE SEWER) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That a sanitary sewer improvement identi- fied as KIRKLAND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT shall be made under the provisions of Section 56 of the Charter of The City of Miami, as amended, said improvement to consist of: Laying an 8-inch or larger vitrified clay and/or polyvinyl chloride and/or. iron -pipe sanitary sewer at or -near the centerline of: S.W. 32 Ave. from S.W. 8 St. to W. The original Auburn area has been divided into three improvements in order to make bidding more competative by giving smaller contractors an opportunity to bid. These three improvements are entitled Auburn, Kirkland and Koubek and are scheduled in 1980-86 C.I.P.
