Dear ?ir Gary;
Please schedule myself, Ur Jack Arias, Reverend Clennon King and other
zzmbers of the Divine Hission Building Group into the Commissioners
meeting on September 10, 1981.
Our group plans on asking the City of Hiami for approval and funding
for our rehab proposal (28 units) in the Culmer-Overtown area.
Isle hope that this request will be approved and we appreciate the past
assistance that our group has received from City of i•liami.which allowed -
us to rehab the 27 unit building located at 1360 N.W. 1 Ck., Miami, Fla.
At the present time we are attempting to coordinate with your planning
department the proper approach to this situation. Ile hope to acertain
which City of Miami funds will be most suitable to this situation.
Please confirm this request to be on agenda and let us know what num-
ber on the agenda we will be. Thank you.

For Deed for 24 months. If buyer performs as agreed,
Deed will be recorded. If buyer does not perforn, then
unit will bz sold to next qualified buyer.

pR vIOUS PARTICIPATION AND TRACT; RECORD) OF SPONSORS
A 27 unit apartn-int project at 1360 N. IV. 1 Court,
'tian., Florida, was rehabbed to include roof repairs,
nai.nting of ^ntire building, re?aving of parking lot,
installation of 5 foot chain lint; fence around entire
property for security. All 232 housing violations were
removed. All aforenentioned worm: was completed for
approxi.matel» )'40,000. The Cit;, of Hiami helped the

project by giving a grant to 'IAr. Jack Arias of $10,000
towards repairs. The 27 families are enj07ing a better
standard of living as the result of this successful
rehab project.
A 24 unit N.U.D. section F rent subsity project
at 2301 thru 2321 Atlantic !Avenue, Opa-Locka, Florida
was completely rehabbed by Mr. Arias.
Mr. Arias has produced over 200 low income housing
units during the Past 20 years in nan, areas throughout
Dade Countv.

It is fully understood that Jack Arias has all Class A
stoc% ownership in all ventures of group. Class A stock
entitles Jack Arias sole right to mal:e any and all decisions �
and gives him right to cancel any stock option given to any
of the directors.

In consideration of the sum of $10.00 aijo ot.ner valuable

parties hereto, to -wit: San Bat. Properties, ht.d.., hereinafter
referred to as the seller, and Jack Arias and the Divine Mission

The seller grants to the purchaser a 90-day option. Said
90 days to run from the date of this agreement to purchase the
following described property:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 48, CITY OF MIAMI North, P.B. B,
at Page 41, commonly known as 451 N. W. 7th Street, Miami
Purchase price of $120,000.00, cash at the time of closing,
less $500.00 which $500.00 has been - acknowledged having been
received by the seller as further consideration for this option.
Upon payment of an additional $1,000.00 to the seller on or
before 90 days from date, the purchaser shall have an additional

purchaser shall receive credit for the additional $1,000.00.
