RESOLUTION NO.' 81 - "7 76
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENT OF THE CITY
COMMISSION THAT ORDINANCE NO. 9296, PASSED ON
JULY 23, 1981, BE CONSIDERED AS HAVING PASSED
PRIOR TO ORDINANCE NO. 9295 WHICH WAS ALSO
PASSED ON JULY 23, 1981, BOTH ORDINANCES BEING
RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE OF $21,000,000 FIRE-
FIGHTING, FIRE PREVENTION AND RESCUE FACILITIES
BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The passage of Ordinance No. 9296 on
July 23, 1981 and the passage of Ordinance No. 9295 on
July 23, 1981, with both ordinances relating to the issuance
of $21,000,000 fire fighting, fire prevention and rescue
facilities bonds, having taken place by consideration of
Ordinance No. 9295 prior to consideration of Ordinance No.
9296; it is hereby declared to be the intent of the City
Commission that Ordinance No. 9296 be considered as having
passed prior to the passage of Ordinance No. 9295.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1_day of September , 1981.

The City Commission at its July 23, 1981 meeting passed
Ordinance No. 9295 and Ordinance No. 9296, both dealing with
$21,000,000 Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention and Rescue Facil-
ities Bonds. Bond Counsel for the City has informed this
office that the accompanying proposed Resolution should be
adopted to establish the intent of the City Commission that
Ordinance No. 9296 be considered as having been passed prior
to Ordinance No. 9295. Accordingly, we recommend adoption
of the herein clarifying Resolution.
