LOTH AVENUE TO SUNNYBROOK ROAD, THROUGH MID -BLOCK SOUTHWEST- ERLY TO WAGNER CREEK, SOUTHEASTERLY TO N. W. 11TH STREET, THEN NORTHEASTERLY AND 200'PARAL- LEL AND NORTH OF N. W. 11TH STREET TO THE NEAR LOT LINES TO N. W. 13TH STREET, N. W. 13TH STREET, AND N. W. 7TH COURT, TO S R 836, FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE), R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE), AND R-C (RESIDENTIAL OFFICE) TO R-T (RESIDENTIAL TRANSIT DISTRICT), EXCEPT 46 FOR HIGHLAND PARK, ZONED PR (PUBLIC PARK AND RECREATIONAL USE DISTRICT), ALL AS PER THE ATTACHED MAP. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of July 15, 1981, Item No. 4(c), following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 48-81, by a 6 to 0 vote (2 members absent) RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of the area bounded by East-West Expressway (SR 836), N. W. loth Avenue to Sunnybrook Road, through mid -block southwesterly to Wagner Creek, southeasterly to N. W. llth Street, then northeasterly and 200' parallel and north of N. W. llth Street to the rear lot lines between N. W. 7th Avenue and N w 7rh rmirt. northerly alone the rear lot lines to N. W. I CITY COMMISSION N.
