AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF S80' of LOTS 1, 2 and 3 OF PROPOSED TENTATIVE PLAT NO. 1113 "CHULAVISTA CENTER", BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NORTHWEST 21ST AVENUE AND NORTH- WEST 20TH STREET, FROM R-3 (LOW DENSITY MULTIPLE) TO C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL), AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871 BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of July 61 1981, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 120-81 by a 6 to 0 vote RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consi- deration of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification of S80' of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of proposed Tentative Plat No. 1113 "CHULAVISTA CENTER", being the Southeast corner of Northwest 21st Avenue and Northwest 20th Street, from R-3 (Low Density Multiple) to C-4 (General Commercial), and by making the necessary changes in the zoning district map made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871, by referen-- =nA description in Article III, Section 2, thereof.
