A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY CONDITIONAL USE AS
LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XII,
SECTION 1(33)(f), TO PERMIT A DRIVE-IN
TELLER FACILITY ON LOTS 1, 2, 3, & 4, BLOCK A,
BLOCK 2: MIRAMAR CORAL PARK (2-66), BEING
APPROXIMATELY 1900 BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, AS PER
SITE PLAN ON FILE; SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE
CITY COMMISSION WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM DATE
OF CONSTRUCTION; FURTHER SUBJECT TO REVOCATION
IF AT ANYTIME THE AREA BECOMES CONGESTED
WITH TRAFFIC AND WITH THE VOLUNTARY DE-
DICATION OF THE NORTH 8' OF LOTS 14 AND 16;
ZONED C-1 (LOCAL COMMERCIAL).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board at its meeting of July 6,
1981, Item No. 10, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 128-81 by a 6 to 0 vote GRANTING Conditional
Use as listed in Ordinance 6871, ARTICLE XII, Section 1(33) (f)
as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami
and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance 6871,
ARTICLE XII, Section 1(33) (f), to permit a Drive-in Teller facility
on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block A; Block 2, MIRAMAR 3rd AMD (5-4),
and Lot 16 and that portion of Lot 14 lying west of Biscayne Boulevard;
CORAL PARK (2-66), being approximately 1900 Biscayne Boulevard, as
per site plan on file; subject to review by the City Commission with-
in one year from date of construction; further subject to revocation
if at anytime the area becomes congested with traffic, and with
the voluntary dedication of the North 8' of Lots 14 and 16; zoned
C-1 (Local Commercial) be and the same is hereby ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of September , 1981.

APPROVAL IN ACCORD WITH THE PLANS ON FILE.
The proposed drive-in teller facility provides
ample stacking space and ingress/egress. It
will be operated in conjunction with a bank
which is to be located in a portion of the
existing building on the easternmost side of
the site.
PUBLIC WORKS
The dedication of the north 8 feet of Lots 14
and 16 is requested.

D.O.T.T. The Department of Traffic and Transportation
has no objection to this proposal.
ZONING GRANTED subject to review by the City Commission
BOARD and with voluntary dedication of N8' of Lots
14 and 16, on July 6, 1981 by a 6 to 0 vote.
