It is recommended that the proposed Ordinance be
adopted by the City Commission at its meeting

provides for a. transfer of funds from the Capital

purpose of appraising land.
In the City Commission meeting of September 10, 1981, the City Commission
adopted Resolution No. 81-759, accepting in principle a final draft report,
prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. The report indicated that

District designated as Core Area West. The City Commission also passed
Motion No. 81-760, directing the City Manager to proceed immediately with,
two appraisals of land in Core Area West, none of which shall exceed
$20,000.
The proposed ordinance provides funds for the appraisals by transferring
