Dear Mr. Eads:
To follow up on my letter of July 159 1981, inadvertantly
sent to Angela Bellamys the
format of the Saturday Road
Race has been finalized.
Conferring with the City of
Miami Police Department's
.
Lieutenant Stearns, we find
that a 12 man escort will be
appropriate.
In the cast, Ohe city, a co-sponsor of the race, has seen
fit to help us with some officers "on -duty" as well as
those that we hire off duty. This years budget is much
slimmer than last] any help you can provide will be deeply
appreciated.
Could you send a copy of the resolution presented to the
Commission also?
If you have any questions, please call!
Thanks.
