A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT, IN SUBSTAN-
TIALLY THE FORM ATTACHED HERETO, WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF OFF=STREET PARKING FOR THE
mn LEASE OF CERTAIN SPACE ON THE SEVENTH AND
TENTH FLOORS OF THE OLYMPIA BUILDING
174 EAST FLAGLER STREET, FOR THE USE OF
THE LAW DEPARTMENTO WITH FUNDS THEREFOR
ALLOCATED FROM BUDGETED FUNDS OF THE LAW
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI$
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute a Lease Agreement, in substantially the form
attached hereto, with the Department of Off -Street Parking
for lease of certain space on the seventh and tenth floors
of the Olympia Building, 174 East Flagler Street, with
funds therefor hereby allocated from budgeted funds of
the Law Department.

This Agreement has been executed by the Department of Off -Street Parking.

the appropriate resolution concerning the Agreement for Commission action.
