A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MANOR SANITARY i SEWER IMPROVEMENT IN MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5431-0 (centerline sewer) AND REMOVING ALL PENDING LIENS FOR THIS IMPROVEMENT NOT HEREBY CERTIFIED WHEREAS, the Commission of The City of Miami Florida met on the loth day of December, 1981, pursuant i to due legal notice of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, as amended, to receive all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assess- ment roll for the cost of MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5437-C (centerline sewer) on the following streets: Generally bounded by N. W. 12 Avenue, N. W. 17 Avenue, N. W. 46 Street, and the Airport Ex- pressway. WHEREAS, no objections thereto by any person interested in, or affected by, said assessments were sustained by the Commission, and said assessment roll appeared, in all respects, regular and in accordance with the requirements and provisions of the City Charter, as amended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the prima facie assessments, as apportioned and indicated on the preliminary assessment roll for MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5437-C (centerline sewer) be, and they are hereby, in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein. Section 3. That the total assessment cost of said MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEi'.�NT DISTRICT SR-5437-C (centerline sewer) in the amount of $372,165.27 be, and the same is hereby, approved and confirmed. Section 4. That any pending lien in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5437-C (centerline sewer) for sanitary sewer improvements not appearing in the preliminary assessment roll and not certified hereby, be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and removed. Construction of MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in MANOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5437-C (centerline sewer) has been completed, and the preliminary assessment roll for this improvement is ready to be presented to the Commission for confirmation. A public hearing is scheduled for December 103 1981 to hear objections to confirmation of the assessment roll. If no objections are sustained, it will be in order for the Commission to adopt the resolution confirming the assessment roll. A section has been included canceling and removing pending liens placed against properties not benefited by the improvement.
