WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its meeting of June 16, 1982, Item No. la, following an adver- tised hearing, adopted RlEsolution No. PAB 39-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDTNG APPROVAL of revising the base building lines as listed in ARTICLE XXV, Section 1, paragraph (4) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, and adding new sub- sections (4-A), (4-B), (4-C) and a new paragraph (74-B) to said Section 1, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful considera- tion of this matter, deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami to grant approval of revising the base building lines, as here- inafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: _ 'OK; Section 1. Subsection (4) of Section 1, "BASE BUILDING LINES ESTABLISHED," of ARTICLE XXV, "BASE BUILDING LINES," of Ordinance No. 6871, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of ili.ami, as amended, is hereby amended in the following particulars: 1/ "ARTICLE XXV - BASE BUILDING LINES Section 1.
