Ordinance No. 9473
Sf ,
_ Joel E. Maxwell
Assistant City Attorney
Pursuant to my telephone conversations with Bob Tingley,
please be advised that the errors pointed out in the title
and body of the subject ordinance are scrivenor's errors.
The sixth line of the subject ordinance title, should read
9317 instead of 6871. That change would then have the
ordinance reading as follows: ". . . the heritage conser-
vation interim zoning district, ordinance No. 9317 . ".
Next, the reference to Ordinance No. 9317 six lines from
the bottom of the subject title should read "6871" instead
of "9317".
In Section 1 of the Ordinance proper, the reference to
Ordinance No. 9317 in the third line from the bottom of
Section 1, should read: Ordinance No. 6871 instead.
This is also a scrivenor's error.
A corrected original for your records is attached for filing.
As I ind'4cated during my conversation with Mr. Tingley, the
title should be published correctly. The error should not
be perpetuated.
A copy of this memo should be filed along with the corrected
original.
Again, I thank you for bringing this to our attention and I
hope that this solves any potential problem.
