FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82; BY A RhROPRIATING AN
AMOUNT OF $I.60 , 000 , FROM UNALLOCATED FY 1.982
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT FRANCHISE EARNINGS, TO
INCREASE APPROPRIATIONS FOR PROJECT TY.13 , i.23,
RENOVATION OF GENERAL ACCOUNTING: CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERA13ILITY CLAUSE;
AND DISPENSING 1VTTH THE REQUIREMENT OF READING
SAME ON TWO SEPARATE DAYS By A VOTE OF NO LESS
THAN FOUR -FIFTHS OF TIIE MEMBERS OF THE CONINITSSION:
WHEREAS, the Cite Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9353 on
November 1.9, 1981, establishing resources and appropriations for
the implementation of capital improvements in the City of Miami,
Florida, for the Fiscal. Year ending September 30, 1982; and
WHEREAS, Renovation of General Accounting project will
require additional. :funds in the amount of $160,000 to pay for
increased costs of construction, furniture, and relocation
expenses while renovation is underway at the offices in City Hall;
and
WHEREAS, additional funds will be used to cover costs
associated with renovating unoccupied Fire Station 15 that will
be used as temporary General. Accounting headquarters while
renovation is underway at the General Accounting offices at
City Hall; and
IMEREAS, additional unprogrammed FY 1.98' Florida Power and
Light Franchise Earnings are available in the amount of $160,000
to cover the above described expenditures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Section 1. of Ordinance No. 9353, adopted November
19, 19S1, is hereby amended in the following particulars:l/

and fund appropriations for implementation of all municipal
