A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE COMPLETED WORK
OF P.N.M. CORPORATION AT A TOTAL COST OF
$165,733.50 FOR BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE V (BID B -
DRAINAGE); AND AUTHORIZING A FINAL PAYMENT
OF $16,577.40
WHEREAS, there exists a contract dated December 22,
1980 between the City of Miami and P.N.M. Corporation; and
WHEREAS, the work has been satisfactorily completed,
and P.N.M. Corporation has furnished the required documents
certifying that all bills for labor and materials have been
paid in full in connection with the aforesaid contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Department of
Public Works recommend that the completed work be accepted
and final payment made to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA*

$165,733.50 is hereby approved.
Section 2. The proper officials of the City of
Miami are hereby authorized to pay $16,577.40 to P.N.M.
Corporation as full and final payment for all work performed
and all materials furnished in connection with BUENA VISTA
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PAVING PROJECT - PHASE V (BID B -
DRAINAGE).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11 day of FEBRUARY , 1982.

The Department of Public Works recommends
the adoption of the resolution acceptinto;
the completed work and authorizing a final
payment of $16,577.40 to P.N.M. Corporation
for BUENA VISTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PAVING PROJECT - PHASE V (BID B - DRAINAGE).
P.N.M. Corporation has completed the project consisting
of constructing 1,879 feet of 36" french drain system in
11. 1.1. 5 Avenue between N. W. 46-54 Streets. This drainage
work is in conjunction with the street rebuilding of
iv. W. 5 Avenue. The original contract amount was for
$175,612.85, and the completed amount is $165,733.50. It
was completed on time.
It is noa in order for the Commission to accept the com-
pleted work and authorize final payment, after all cond_-
tions are met.
