No. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN
ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY REPEALING

WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board at its
meeting of _ NOVEHBER 18, 1981
Item N40. I(e) -, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. PAB 70-81 by a

vote, REcO11MFNDTN1G APPROVAL of a change of zoning classification as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission after careful consideration
of this natter deems it advisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants
to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter
set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the Com-
prehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City of Miami, be and the
same is hereby amended by changing, the zoning classification of
an area generally bounded by Southwest 13th Street on the North,
the Rapid Transit (Metrorail) right-of-way on the West, Southwest
15th Road on the South and South Miami Avenue on the East from R-CB
Residential office to MYD-3 Commercial Residential Mixed Use
District, and by making the necessary changes in the zoning
district map made a part of said Ordinance ,jo, 6871,

by reference and description in Article III, Section 2, thereof.
Section 2. That all Ordinances, Code Sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed
insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this Ordinance
be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the
same shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole.
