WHEREAS, the I'11.ami Planning Advisory oarj, at its
1'Olting O` Nii?cr-?mber 2, 1981, following an a6vertisea hearing,
adopted Resolat.ion No. 77-51 by a 5-2 vote (1 menhar absent)
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of amending Comprehensive Zoning ordi-
nance 6871, as herni_naftor set forth; and.
4HCREAS, the City Commission after careful considera-
tion of this matter, deems it a.:lvisable and in the best interest
of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inha',Adis
to grant this ally ndmeit as hereinafter sot forth;
NOW, THSRCFORE, BE IT OROAIN60 BY THE COHlIngION OF
THE CITY OF MIA 1I, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 6871, as amended, the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordindnce for the City of Miami, Section 1
