AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-80 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, BY PROVIDING THAT THE CITY COMMISSION AFTER THE HOLDING OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND FINDING THAT ANY CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY IS SURPLUS MAY INSTRUCT THE CITY MANAGER TO DIRECT THE PUR- CHASING AGENT TO SELL SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERA- BILITY CLAUSE. P, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1.
