AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6871, AS AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE XXI-7 HISTORIC CONSERVA- TION: RESIDENTIAL -OFFICE SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT (SPD-5); PROVIDING FOR INTENT, PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES, EFFECT OF THE SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT, CRITERIA, USE REGULATIONS, LIMITATIONS ON USES, AREA, YARDS, HEIGHT, LOT COVERAGE, LANDSCAPING FLOOR AREA RATIOS, OFF-STREET PARKING, AND SITE AND DEVELOPMENT APPRO- VAL; BY REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
