PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL OF LOT 16 AND DENIAL OF LOTS 14 AND 15.
(REVISED 12/81) The modified application accommodates the reason-
able needs of the applicant, which deals with a
split zoning classification within an existing
development. The departmentsconcern with the
precedent that would have been established as
originally requested is eliminated through the
approval of only the one lot. The character of
the area is being maintained and serves as a
significant buffer to future requests for un-
warranted changes of zoning.
