REQUEST Change of Zoning to C-2 (Community Commercial).
RECOMMENDATIONS
PLANNING DEPT. DENIAL. The proposed change is contrary to the _
established land use patterns in the area because
of the encroachment of the commercial zoning into -
a residential area. There have been no significant
changes in the area to warrant the requested change.
Commercial development of this property would have
an adverse effect upon the surrounding residential
development.
