On March 11, 1982, the Commission adopted resolutions no. 82-215 and 82-216 which confirmed the preliminary assessment rolls for SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in SIMPSON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5391-C&S (centerline and sideline sewers). The Holiday Inn property, at 2500 Brickell Avenue, has been connected to existing sewer lines for many years. The new service provided is neither required nor necessary. The cost to this property for the new sewer is $2,930.02; cancelling this lien would not adversely affect any other properties in the district. 82-422 f Howard V. Gary - 2 - April 26, 1982 _ Properties No. 01-4139-01-1670 and 01-4139-05-0060 were partially assessed under the sideline portion of the district and partially under the centerline portion. Since neither receives any benefit from the sideline sewer installation, it is in order to remove the liens for these properties under — SR-5391-S (sideline sewer) and increase the liens proportion- ately for the two properties under SR-5391-C (centerline sewer). The sideline reduction will total $2,015.85; the increase to each property will be $444.94 and $473.42 respectively. EMP: az Resolutions attached a 82 —422
