BOND FUND" IN THE AMOUNT OF $218,249.75 TO COVER THE CONTRACT COST; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $24,007.47 TO COVER THE COST OF PROJECT EXPENSE; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE A14OUI4T OF $4,365.00 TO COVER THE COST OF SUCH ITEMS AS ADVERTISING, TESTING LABORATORIES, AND POSTAGE; ALLOCATING FROM SAID FUND THE AMOUNT OF $9,051.04 TO COVER THE INDIRECT COST; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH SAID FIRM WHEREAS, sealed bids were received April 22, 1982 for CITY WIDE - WEST 57 AVENUE - SANITARY SE14ER I'MPROVE- MENT in CITY WIDE - I -MST 57 AVENUE - SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5469-C&S (centerline and sideline sewers); and WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that the bid of Delta Engineering Contracting, Corporation and Delta Plumbing Corporation, an open joint venture, for the total bid of the proposal, is the lowest responsible bid, and recommends that a contract be awarded to said firm; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Appropriation Ordinance No. 9353, as amended, was adopted on November 19, 1981, and monies are available for the proposed amount of the contract, project expense, incidentals, and indirect cost from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer G.O. The April 22, 1982 bid of Delta Engineering Contracting Corporation and Delta Plumbing Corporation, an open joint venture, in the proposed amount of $218,249.75, for the project entitled CITY WIDE - WEST 57 AVENUE - SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT in CITY WIDE - WEST 57 AVENUE - SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-5469-C&S (centerline and sideline sewers), for the total bid of the proposal, based on unit prices, is hereby accepted at the price stated therein. Section 2. The amount of $218,249.75 is hereby allocated from the account entitled "Sanitary Sewer G.O. Bond Fund" to cover the cost of said contract. Section 3. The additional amount of $24,007.47 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to cover the cost of project expense. Section 4. The additional amount of $4,365.00 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to cover the cost of such incidental items as advertising, testing laboratories, and postage. Section 5. The additional amount of $9,051.04 is hereby allocated from the aforesaid fund to cover the indirect cost. Section 6.
