It is requested that the attached
resolution be approved by the City
Commission authorizing the City
Manager to pay the amount of $63,437.66
for printing services in conjunction
with the Government Center Parking Garage
Revenue Bonds, to the company of Benj. H.
Tyrrel. Funds for payment of these ser-
vices are available from the bond issue
proceeds.
The company of Benj. H. Tyrrel provided the City of Miami with
excellent printing services during the preparation of the Official
Statement, Notice of Sale and other documents in conjunction with
the sale of revenue bonds for the Government Center Parking Garage.
The sale was closed on March 4, 1982.
Because of the complexity of revenue bond sales, numerous modifi-
cations were made to the official statement to reflect rapidly
changing market conditions.
The City's financial advisors, James J. Lowrey & Co., and the City's
Finance Director have reviewed the invoice for these services, and
have recommended payment out of funds available from the bond issue.
