RESOLUTION NO. 82-470
A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY CONDITIONAL USE AS
LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE
XII, SECTION 1(33)(f) TO PERMIT A DRIVE-
IN TELLER FACILITY ON LOTS 1 THROUGH 20
INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 60, LAWRENCE ESTATE LAND
COMPANY (2-46), BEING APPROXIMATELY 100
NORTHWEST 12TH AVENUE, AS PER SITE PLAN
ON FILE, SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE CITY
COMMISSION; ZONED C-1 (LOCAL COMMERCIAL).
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning board at its meeting of May
3, 1982, Item # 9, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 73-82 by a 6 to 0 vote, (One membez
absent), granting CONDITIONAL USE, as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in
the best interest of the general welfare of the City of
Miami and its inhabitants to RATIFY the CONDITIONAL USE as
hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordi-
nance No. 6871, Article XII, Section 1(33)(f) to permit a
drive in teller facility on Lots 1 through 20 inclusive, Lot
60, LAWRENCE ESTATES LAND COMPANY (2-46), being approxi-
mately 100 Northwest 12th Avenue, as per site plan on file,
subject to review by the City Commission after 6 months from
date of occupancy; Zoned C-1 (Local Commercial), be and the
same is hereby ratified.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27 day of MAY , 1982.
