Lc
The firm of Brown, Wood, Ivey, Mitchell & Petty, worked for
the City to help us bring to a successful conclusion, the sale
of revenue bonds for the Government Center Parking Garage. The
sale was closed on March 4th of this year.
It is now the City's responsibility to pay for the services ren-
dered by our bond counsel. Due to the comple:.:ity of revenue bonds
additionally secured with other revenues, numerous meetings and
changes to the bond ordinance were necessary to offer and sell the
bonds at a very favorable rate.
The attached resolution authorizes you to pay this bill with funds
t1lat are available from the bond issue.
