HOLDING OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND FINDING THAT ANY CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY IS SURPLUS MAY INSTRUCT THE, CITY MANAGER TO DIRECT TILE PUR- CHASING AGENT TO SELL SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY; CONTAINING A REPEALER I'ROVISTON AND A SEVERA- 11ILITY CLAUSE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE' COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAFII, FLORIDA: — Section I. Section I.8-80 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, is hereby_ further amended in the following 1/ — )articulars: "ARTICLE V. SALE OF REALTY Sec. 18-80. Authority to sell.
