ORDINANCE NO. ___ 9 4 3 9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18-80 OF THE
CODE OF THE, CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED,
BY PROVIDING THAT THE CITY COMMISSION AFTER THI.
HOLDING OF A PUBLIC HEARING AND FINDING THAT
ANY CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY IS SURPLUS MAY
INSTRUCT THE, CITY MANAGER TO DIRECT TILE PUR-
CHASING AGENT TO SELL SAID SURPLUS PROPERTY;
CONTAINING A REPEALER I'ROVISTON AND A SEVERA-
11ILITY CLAUSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY

Authority to
sell.

property is surplus may instruct the city manager is

agent to sell to the public any real property owned
by the city not needed for public use or that may have
become unsuitable for use by any city department, pro-
vided:
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances insofar
as they are inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. If any section, part of section, paragraph,
clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared invalid,
the remaining provisions of this ordinance shall not be
affected.
