AS AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING OR-
DINANCE FOR THE. CITY OF i`tl1'MI , BY CRANING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE SOUTH 40'
OF LOT 5, BLOCK 2, HARDI NG HEIGHTS (h-138) ,
BEING 2784 SOUTHWEST 7 STREET, FROM R-2 (TWO
FAMILY DUELLING) TO C-4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL);
AND BY MAKING THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE
ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID OR-
DTNANCE NO. 6871., BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION
IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY RE-
PEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS OR
PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAINING A
SF.VERABILTTY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning; Board at its meeting of ?larch
H, 14H2, Item No. 8, following an advertised hearing, adopted
Rcsoluti_on No. ZB 28-82 by a h to 0 vote RECOMMENDING DENIAL
of a change of zoning, cl.assificntion, as hereinafter set forth;
and
WHEREAS, the City Commission notwithstanding the denial
of the: Zoning Board finds that the use will not be detrimental.
or injurious to the character of the development of the immediate
neighborhood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORnATNED BY THE COMM"[SSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Ordinance No, 6871, as amended, the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, be and the same is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification of the South 40' of —
Lot 5, Block 2, HARDING HEIGHTS (6-1.38), being 2784 Southwest 7
Street., from R-2 (Two Family Dwelling) to C:-4 (General Commercial)
and by making; the necessary changes in the Zoning District Map
made a part of said Ordinance No. 6871 by reference and description
in Article 111, Syr rion 2, rhereof.
Suction 2. That all Ordinances, Code Sections or parts
thereof in conflict herewith he and the same are hereby repealed
insofar as they are in conflict.
Section 3. Should any part or provision of this
Ordinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, the same shall not affect the validitv of the
Ordinance as a whole.
