AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 6871, AS AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI, BY CHAN- OINO THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS 8, 9, 10, 16 and 17; NORTHERN BOULEVARD TRACT (2-29), BEING APPROXIMATELY 271 NORTHWEST 28TH STREET, FROM R-4 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE) TO Ci6 (LIBERAL COHMER- CIAL b18TRICT), AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP MADE A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO. 6871, BY REFERENCE AND DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2, THEREOF, BY RE- PEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS, OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AND CONTAIN- ING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
