AS AMENDED, THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI Ea
APPLYING THE HERITAGE CONSERVATION
INTERIM 20NINO DISTRICT, ORDINANCE NO.
6871, TO THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3033
GRAND AVENUE (FORMER I CHINO STORE) AND
AS DESCRi$ED ON THE ATTACHED MAP, AND BY
REFERENCE THEREOF MADE A PART HEREOF;
AND BY MAXIMO THE NECESSARY CHANGES IN
THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP, MADE A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE NO. 9317, BY REFERENCE AND
DESCRIPTION IN ARTICLE III, SECTION 2;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES, CODE SECTIONS
OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT; AND CON--
,AINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its
meeting of February 3, 1982, Item No. 11 following an
advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 7-82 by a
7 to 0 vote, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of the application of
the Heritage Conservation Interim Zoning District, as here-
inafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the Miami C' ommission finds that in order
to protect the ducationa cultural, economic, and general
