A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY CONDITIONAL USE AS
LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO, 6871, ARTICLE XI-2,
SECTION 1(9) (e) TO PERMIT A DRIVE-IN TELLER
FACILITY ON THE SOUTHERLY PORTION OF LOT 6,
100 SOUTH BRICKELLiS ADDITION AMENDED (B-113),
BEING 1200 BRICEELL AVENUE, AS PER PLANS ON
FILE, AS AN ACCESSORY TO THE PAN AMERICAN
BAW BRANCH AT THE SAME LOCATION; SUBJECT TO
A ONE YEAR REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION
FROM THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTI-
FICATE OF OCCUPANCY; ZONED R-CB (RESIDENTIAL
OFFICE),
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of
May 17, 1982, Item No. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 77-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, GRANTING
Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XI-2,
Section 1(9) (e) to permit a Drive-in Teller Facility, as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of
Miami and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance
No. 6871, Article XI-2, Section 1(9) (e) to permit a Drive-in
Teller Facility on the Southerly portion of Lot 6, 100 South
Brickell's Addition Amended (B-113), being 1200 Brickell Avenue,
as per plans on file, as an accessory to the Pan American Bank
Branch at the same location; subject to a one year review by City
Commission from the date of the issuance of the Certificate of
Occupancy; zoned R-CB (Residential Office) be and the same is
hereby ratified.

advertised nearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB 77-82, by a 7 to 0 vote, GRANTING

Two objections received in the mail; two proponents present at the meeting.
A RESOLUTION to provide for this REVIEW has been prepared by the City Attorney's
office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission.

reasonable back-up space for the teller
facilities.
