A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY CONDITIONAL USE AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE NO. 6871, ARTICLE XII, SECTION 1(33) (f), TO PERMIT A DRIVE-IN TELLER FACILITY ON LOTS 1, 2 AND 3 LESS THE N 101 OF BLOCK 8, CITRUS PARK (6-145), BEING 2800 SOUTHWEST 8TH STREET, AS PER PLANS ON FILE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH A PROPOSED CAPITAL BANK BUILDING ON ABOVE SITE; SUBJECT TO A ONE YEAR REVIEW BY THE CITY COMMISSION FROM THE DATE OF THE ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY; ZONED C4 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL). WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board, at its meeting of June 7, 1982, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. ZB-93-82, by a 6 to 0 vote, GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, ARTICLE XII, Section 1(33) (f) to permit a Drive-in Teller Facility, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it advisable and in the best interest of the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to RATIFY the Conditional Use as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Conditional Use as listed in Ordinance No. 6871, Article XII, Section 1(33) (f), to permit a Drive-in Teller Facility on Lots 1, 2 and 3 less the N 10' of Block 3, CITRUS PARK (6-145), being 2800 Southwest 8th Street, as per plans on file, in conjunction with a proposed Capital Bank Building on above site, ; subject to a one year review by the City Commission from the date of the issuance of the Certificate - of Occupancy; zoned C-4 (General Commercial) be and the same is hereby ratified, PA88ED AND ADOPTED this 24 clay of Jute _ _ ,1982, MAURICE A. W. 8th Street, as per plans on file, in conjunction with a proposed Capital Bank building on above site; subject to review by the City Commission; zoned C-4 (General Commercial). One objection received in the mail; three replies in favor received in the mail; two proponents present at the meeting. A RESOLUTION to provide for this REVIEW has been prepared by the City Attorney's office and submitted for consideration of the City Commission. REQUEST Conditional Use to permit drive=in tellers in conjunction with a proposed Capital Bank building on above site, as per site plan on file, RECOMMENDATiONS PLANNING DEPT. APPROVAL: The proposed drive-in teller facilities are effectively located in relation to the overall site plan. There is sufficient room for the stacking of cars with entrance on 29th Avenue and exit on 8th Street, DADE COUNTY TRAFFIC No objection to this proposal. AND TRANSPORTATION PUBLIC 'WORKS No dedication is requested.
